A redesign of the 2FA activation flow aimed at increasing security adoption and reducing account theft. Working closely with Product and Engineering, I mapped the existing experience, proposed a clearer and more flexible activation flow, and applied the company’s design system for consistency and accessibility. The redesigned experience contributed to 340k+ new 2FA activations and a 90% reduction in stolen accounts within the first months after release.

A UX evaluation of a third-party email security platform conducted to support a business partnership decision. The project focused on analyzing the activation and configuration experience, identifying usability risks, technical complexity, and scalability concerns. Through heuristic evaluation, journey mapping, and usability walkthroughs, the analysis revealed critical barriers for non-technical users, ultimately supporting the decision not to proceed with the partnership.

An accessibility-focused UX analysis of a real SaaS sales page, conducted as part of a postgraduate specialization. The project combined heuristic accessibility analysis, simulated keyboard and screen reader navigation, and automated WCAG validation to identify structural barriers affecting usability and inclusion. The findings highlighted how accessibility issues can impact not only user experience, but also conversion, reach, and brand perception, resulting in actionable UX recommendations.
Redesign of an internal, mission-critical platform used by the Migration Team to manage website and email migrations. The project focused on improving operational clarity, information access, and scalability within a highly complex workflow that depends on both internal actions and client inputs. I redesigned key flows, structured migration history and reporting concepts, and introduced clearer stages and statuses, enabling the team to work more efficiently while supporting a smoother and more reliable migration experience for customers.
